Michael Krzak and Matthew Rundio Named 2022 Super Lawyers
Schweickert Ganassin Krzak Rundio, LLP is delighted to share with you that two of our firm’s founders, Matthew M. Rundio and Michael Krzak, were recently named 2022 Super Lawyers. Each law partner mentioned was selected for the Personal Injury – General: Plaintiff category. Michael was additionally acknowledged for his work in the Aviation and Aerospace sectors.
This latest appointment isn’t either attorney’s first time being selected as Super Lawyers. Matthew was first designated as Rising Star in 2007, followed by Michael in 2008. The Rising Star designation recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys in any one state.
Both Matthew and Michael then went on to be named Super Lawyers respectively in 2013 and 2014. Only the top 5% of experienced attorneys in each state receive the Super Lawyer commendation.
The selection process that Super Lawyers uses is multi-faceted. Attorneys must first be nominated via a managing partner survey. Lawyer nominees must then undergo a thorough vetting process in which the Super Lawyers team assesses their contributions to the field. This 12-step analysis may include a review of:
- Additional certifications or licenses the Super Lawyers candidate may have received
- Transactions they’ve carried out on behalf of clients
- Awards or honors received
- Settlements negotiated for their clients
- Verdicts reached in cases
Rising Star or Super Lawyers appointments are announced once this vetting process concludes.
