Michael Krzak, Matthew Rundio, and Adriane Lashure Make Super Lawyers Lists in 2021
At Schweickert Ganassin Krzak Rundio, LLP, we’re dedicated to providing our clients with expert legal representation. Since 2014, three of our lawyers have continually been recognized for these efforts and have been named to Super Lawyers’ Top Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Michael Krzak and Matthew Rundio have been selected to the Top Lawyers list yet again in 2021, and Adriane Lashure has been selected to the Rising Star list this year as well.
Each lawyer has been chosen for their specific practice area. Krzak is being recognized for his work in aviation and aerospace litigation, Rundio is being recognized for his work in personal injury law, and Lashure is also being recognized for her work in personal injury law.
The selection process for these lists is thorough and requires each lawyer to meet the standards set by Super Lawyers. A lawyer cannot nominate themselves for these lists—they must be nominated by their peers. Super Lawyers details their selection process to reinforce how exclusive and prestigious these lists are.
First, a candidate must be nominated by their peers for the work they do in their field. Then Super Lawyers does research on the candidate based on 12 factors, including their community service, settlements, and honors they’ve received. Depending on the points they receive, they are then placed on the Blue Ribbon Panel. This panel evaluates their peers.
Finally, lawyers are selected to the Top Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Only 5 percent of lawyers are selected as Top Lawyers, and 2.5 percent are selected as Rising Stars. A lawyer will be chosen as a Rising Star if they are under 40 years of age or if they have been in practice for less than 10 years.
