The attorneys at Schweickert & Ganassin, LLP concentrate their practice representing persons injured or killed in accidents or at work. Our trial attorneys handle all types of personal injury matters for children and adults hurt or killed by someone else’s negligence. Our firm also represents disabled persons before the Social Security Administration to help assure they receive benefits to which they are entitled. WE DO NOT, NEVER HAVE, AND NEVER WILL REPRESENT INSURANCE COMPANIES.
Many law firms represent persons with claims against insurance companies and/or their insureds and, also, represent insurance companies and their insureds when there is no “conflict of interest.” It is perfectly legal to do so, but we do not. At Schweickert & Ganassin you can be assured that we fight against insurance companies on a daily basis and never for them.
We also do not take family law (divorce, custody, etc.), collection, bankruptcy, or criminal felony cases. Our concentration is in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases. That is what we are “geared up” to do and that is where our staff is very experienced.
